A little about me…
My grandpa was the one who inspired me to become a photographer. As a kid, he would always buy me disposable cameras, whilst he carried the ‘big one’, and we would go around the park in Lyon, my city, and snap some shots.
Fast-forward a few years, I moved to London. I graduated with a First Class Honours Degree in photography and won the photography practice award from University of Roehampton. Thank you Grandpa!
I specialise in Architecture and Interior Photography and have spent my time photographing castles, villas, chateaux etc. in Western Europe, enjoying every moment of it.
My family is very big on France’s history. For that reason we travelled a lot to visit France’s most beautiful chateaux, churches etc. which is where it must have all started. I became fascinated by these old buildings which had so much to say for themselves. They survived and lived through so much. It was really frustrating in a way too - a lot of doors have private on them and it really stops you from exploring properly.
However, on my photography travels, I normally have unrestricted access. And that is the cherry on the cake. If only I could tell my younger self the private doors wouldn’t stay private forever! But then it would ruin the surprise and I do love a good surprise.
Photography brings me joy, and being able to bring someone else joy by taking photos of their own passion and sometimes life long project, is simply awesome!
All ventures and properties are exciting, and I cannot wait to see yours, hear about all the blood and sweat that went into it, listen to its history, and photograph it!
